You have until September 30 to register. Applications may be filed from Mondays to Saturdays, including holidays, from 8AM to 5PM.
To become a registered voter, you must accomplish three (3) application forms (AFR). You can download the application form here or obtain them at the registration site. Also bring any of the following identification requirements that bear your photograph and signature:
- Employee’s ID - with signature of employer or authorised representative
- Postal ID
- Persons with disability discount ID
- Student ID - or library ID signed by school authority
- Senior Citizen ID
- Driver’s License
- NBI Clearance
- Passport
- SSS/GSIS ID
- IBP ID
- PRC Lisence
- NCIP Certificate of Confirmation for members of ICCs to PIs
- Or any other valid ID
*Cedula and Police Clearance will not be honored.
